Abstract:

Personal Services are directed at enhancing the body or personality of their clients. They create unstructered textdata like reports, which are recording changing circumstances, occuring problems or certain actions as well as handled contents. This knowledge seems to be suitable for process analyses. This masterthesis utilizises the Labelled Latent Dirichlet Allocation (L-LDA) - a topic modelling technique - to extract the processed contents aided by domain experts. The reports will be representated by labels, which are used by Process Mining techniques for generating a modell showing the order of handled contents. Goal of this masterthesis is the prototypical combination of L-LDA and process mining and evauluation of this approach. Correctness and usability of the results were rated as below average, but with some necessary adjustments, potentials can be seen.
