For more than 10 years, the Baltic-German University Contactor (BDHK) has been funding research projects in cooperation between German universities and research institutes and universities in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. The Scientific Advisory Board meets twice a year, reviews applications and makes recommendations on which applications should receive funding. The advisory board's first meeting of 2021 was held April 26, again online because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Kurt Sandkuhl of the Department of Information Systems is a member of this board and attended the advisory board meeting.
