The Baltic-German Liaison Office (Baltisch-Deutsche Hochschulkontor - BDHK) supports research project in cooperation of Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian universities with universities in Germany. Kurt Sandkuhl is a member of the advisory board and participated in the board meeting on November 25, 2019, in Riga (Latvia). The board evaluates funding applications and proposes who should receive funding.
