Paper accepted at ECIS 2019 in Sweden

The paper "Business Process Model Anti-Patters: Research Classification And Taxonomy" was accepted as a contribution to the European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS). ECIS is the largest European conferences in the field of business informatics. The paper, jointly prepared by Professors Ralf Laue, Agnes Koschmider and Michael Fellmann, deals with the identification and systematisation of anti-patterns. These describe recurring solutions occurring in business processes that are problematic and lead to inadequate processing of the process. They are thus the opposite of patterns that describe good solutions to recurring problems. Anti-patterns complement the studies on patterns already carried out by the same team of authors. For practitioners, the detection of anti-patterns can lead to improvements in business processes. For researchers, the work provides an overview of the work that already exists.
