The annual conference of the German Informatics Society (GI), the GI Festival, took place in Dresden from 21 to 25 September. The GI Festival traditionally includes a number of workshops. The Business Information Systems team from Rostock was represented here not only at the ‘AI for SMEs’ workshop but also with presentations at the workshop on ‘Data Analytics as a Service (DAS)’ and the symposium on Legal and Administrative Informatics (RVI). At the DAS workshop, Nikola Ivanovic presented a paper on ‘Building blocks for the predictive analysis of HVAC systems’. At the RVI conference, Falk Mahlendorf gave a presentation on ‘Generative AI in executive and team coaching: results of an exploratory study’. Both papers will shortly be available in the respective conference proceedings.
