The chair of Business Information Systems contributed to International Conference on Exploring Service Science (IESS) with a paper Towards a Flexible Solution in Knowledge-Based Service Organizations: Capability as a Service, co-authored by Hasan Koç, Prof. Sandkuhl and Prof. Fellmann. In addition to that, Hasan Koç co-chaired with Prof. Carlos Salgado the Technical Session "Modelling Service Requirements and Management of Business Processes". The proceedings of the Workshops of IESS 2016 is published as a volume in the LNBIP series.
