EmPaci project meeting in Kraków

On November 29th -30th, the members of the EU-funded EmPaci project met in Kraków, Poland. The aim was to exchange experiences on the current status of the introduction of participatory budgeting, to coordinate research activities and to harmonize internal and external communication channels. Besides the Institute of Controlling and Accounting, Rostock was also represented by Achim Reiz and Prof. Michael Fellmann from business informatics. In a customer journey, they presented the experiences and contact points of a fictitious resident of Bützow with the planned participatory household, as well as a digital PB-process including a catalog of possible implementable IT capabilities.
