On March 20, the Rostock Employment Agency held its Future Day at the Warnemünde Technology Centre, which focused on the topic of artificial intelligence (AI). Around 130 employees and managers from the Rostock Employment Agency took part in the Future Day, for whom the topic of AI is not only relevant in terms of its application potential within the organization, but also with regard to the potential for securing skilled workers and the need for qualifications on the labour market.

The Chair of Business Information Systems was involved in the Future Day with a presentation by Kurt Sandkuhl on the topic of "Opportunities and risks of AI in relation to the world of work" and the "AI compact" workshop, which was organised by Sven Erdmann, Felix Holz and Marcus Triller.
