The long tradition of the „ILOG” workshop series will be continued with a new edition in 2020. The steering committee of the BIR conferences accepted the proposal to co-locate the 12th Workshop on Information Logistics and Digital Transformation (ILOG 2020) with the BIR conference in Vienna (September 21-23, 2020). Workshop chair will be Birger Lantow, supported by Ulf Seigerroth (Jönköping University, Sweden) and Kurt Sandkuhl as co-chairs.
The ILOG workshop series initially focused only on information logistics but extended the scope in 2017 to the neighboring topic of digital transformation. The mission of information logistics is to improve information flow in organizations by reducing information overflow and facilitating information supply that meets the demand of organizational stakeholders.
