AI for operational health management and in youth and social work - September event of the Center for Artificial Intelligence in MV available on YouTube

With the support of the Digital Innovation Center, the Center for Artificial Intelligence addressed two topics at once in its September event.

First, Dimitri Kraft from the Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics Research presented his Care Cam. The system uses a simple webcam and AI processes to record a person's posture, facial expressions, eye blinks and even pulse. Dimitri Kraft wants to use the Care Cam to contribute to better health in the workplace.

Christian Höntzsch from GeBEG and Dr. Birger Lantow from the Chair of Business Informatics at the University of Rostock were also guests. They reported on the now long-standing cooperation between GeBEG and business informatics. Christian Höntzsch described the special challenges in youth and social work. In various projects, the joint team explores how technology and artificial intelligence can support people.

The recording of the event is now available on the YouTube channel of DIZ Rostock.
