MVpreneur Day is an annual networking event organised by the Centre for Entrepreneurship (ZfE) at the University of Rostock. The 2025 edition took place on 2 July. The event aims to generate enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and develop a vibrant start-up community for the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Participants were offered a varied programme of keynotes, start-up pitches, networking and specialist lectures. The Chair of Business Information Systems was also involved again this year: Kurt Sandkuhl took part in the panel on Artificial Intelligence and was a member of the jury for the start-up pitches in this area.
