Planning for a technology evening around the topic "Work 4.0" in cooperation with the IHK zu Rostock

An evening event on the topic of "Work 4.0" is currently being planned. The background is that the current world of work is characterized by a profound change. This change can only be roughly outlined by increasingly flexible activities that are not tied to time and place, changing employee expectations and the omnipresent penetration of complex and sometimes "intelligent" information technology. While change must be individually designed and managed in every company, for some time now transferable concepts for adapting the world of work to the challenges and opportunities of the future have been discussed under terms such as "Work 4.0", "Good Work" or "New Work".

The theme evening would like to take up these developments and on the one hand present current questions and results of research, and on the other hand provide examples for the possible use of new methods and tools in the working work. The event is organized by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Rostock in cooperation with the IuK network of the University of Rostock.
