The 20. International Conference on Perspectives in Business Informatics Research (BIR) took place in September 2021 in Vienna, Austria. BIR traditionally includes several workshops, like the 12. Workshop on Information Logistics and Digital Transformation (ILOG 2021) or the 6. Workshop on Managed Complexity (ManComp 2021).
