The staff of the Business Information Systems group mourn the death of Anna Sonnenberger, who passed away recently after a serious illness. Anna not only completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees with us in Rostock, but was also part of the Business Information Systems team as an external doctoral student for a few years. In addition to her job and family, Anna also continuously pushed her doctoral project and enriched our research field with her results. Anna's "hands-on" nature and openness were what we appreciated most, along with her competence and humour.
