On June 17, the 17th Rostock Company Run took place at the city harbor—with more than 1,000 teams and over 4,000 runners, it was the region’s largest running event. Once again this year, the Business Informatics department was represented by two teams. In a classic relay format, four runners each covered a distance of about 3.5 kilometers. In addition to the athletic competition, the focus was particularly on team spirit and the shared experience.
The “WINner” team placed 64th in the mixed division among a strong field of participants. The “WINner der Herzen” team placed 124th in the men’s division. Building on this performance, the team is already looking forward to the next corporate run—the motivation to participate again next year is already evident.
