Visiting KeyVance in Neubrandenburg

In mid-March, Kurt Sandkuhl, Niklas Götz, and Eric Müller visited KeyVance in Neubrandenburg. Together, both in person and online, they worked intensively on how to further advance the joint project. The focus was always on the same question: How can we create solutions that are truly tailored to the real-world scenarios brokers face in their daily work? For us, this is precisely the core of our joint project “AI-as-a-Service: Automated Process Handling in Broker Pools.”

While KeyVance helps shape the practical industry solution for the financial services sector, we at the University of Rostock contribute the scientific perspective with our reference model and building blocks for AI-as-a-Service in process handling within broker pools (REBAKI). For us, one thing is clear: it’s not just about developing yet another AI tool. It’s about creating solutions that are grounded in reality, that truly support processes, and that don’t lose sight of the human element.

We look forward to the next steps!
