In September 2016, the 46th annual meeting of the German Society for Informatics (GI) takes place. The Information Systems Group of Rostock University organizes in conjunction with the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (PD Dr. Agnes Koschmider, Andreas Schoknecht) and the University of Applied Sciences Zwickau (Prof. Laue) a workshop at this event. The workshop addresses the current state of the art, challenges and new research needs in the field of Business Process Management. The workshop, held for the second time this year, intends fostering discussions among scientists an practitioners, sharing experiences and identifying future research topics.
