The Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS) will continue to support the regional Future Center Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (ZMV) in the next 4 years. For the follow-up project ZMVplus, more than 7.7 million Euros will be provided mainly from EU funds (European Social Fund, ESF). The Chair of Business Information Systems will offer consulting services in the areas of digitalization, artificial intelligence and IT-supported innovations in companies. Furthermore, the Chair of Business Information Systems is responsible for the subject area Transfer & Diffusion. This involves the preparation and dissemination of ZMVplus project results for subsequent use in companies and other future centers. For this purpose, four employees at the chair corresponding to a funding volume of about 1.5 million euros are supported.
