Eric Müller, born in 2000, began his bachelor's degree in business informatics at the University of Rostock in 2019. His bachelor's thesis dealt with the topic: “IT support against mental stress at work: the potential of individual tracking and feedback.”

Following his bachelor's degree, he continued his studies at the University of Rostock and gained practical experience as a working student at ECOVIS Hanseatische Mittelstandberatung GmbH & Co. KG, a management consultancy for SMEs. In 2024, Eric Müller completed his Master of Science in Business Informatics. In his master's thesis, he examined the potential and limitations of using large language models as a substitute for domain experts.

Since 2025, he has been working as a research assistant in the REBAKI project at the Chair of Business Informatics at the University of Rostock. As part of the project, which is being carried out in collaboration with KeyVance IT GmbH, he is involved in the development of reference processes and AI modules for the back-office operations of a broker pool.
