Leon Griesch has been a research assistant at the Chair of Business Informatics at the University of Rostock since September 2021. During his studies, Leon was involved in the Student Consultancy Rostock. As a long-standing member as well as in various board positions, he was able to acquire both knowledge and skills in the field of management consulting. After successfully completing his Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Rostock in 2019, Leon decided to gain professional experience at an IT management consultancy in Berlin, as a Transformation Fellow. After this time, Leon completed his Master's degree in Service Management at the University of Rostock in 2021. The topic of his thesis was "Business models and user experience of health apps with a focus on nutrition".

Leon Griesch is currently working as the project manager of the AI module in the "Regional Future Centre MV" project funded by the European Social Fund to promote AI in small and medium-sized enterprises.
