Werdegang

Emil Löffler completed his bachelor's degree in economics with a focus on business administration and his master's degree in service management at the University of Rostock. In his master's thesis, he dealt with "Requirements for participation formats for the integrated design of product and work innovations in SMEs" as part of the PANIWO project.

After completing his bachelor's degree, he worked as a project assistant in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Management at ALSTOM Service GmbH. He continued his studies and gained practical experience as a Junior City Manager for Nexobility GmbH in Rostock during this time, as well as experience abroad within an exchange semester at Luleå University of Technology in Sweden. In 2022, he completed his Master of Science in Service Management at the University of Rostock.

Since 2023, he has been working as a research assistant at the Chair of Information Systems at the University of Rostock and serves as coordinator for the Center for Artificial Intelligence in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (KI MV). The project, funded by the European Regional Development Fund, supports technology transfer between science and practice and promotes AI in small and medium-sized enterprises in the region.
