Curriculum Vitae

Jack, born in 1995 in Wiesbaden, completed his bachelor's as well as his master's degree in business informatics at the University of Rostock. He wrote his bachelor's thesis during an internship abroad in Poole (UK) in cooperation with the company Siemens. Thereby, he developed a smartphone-based augmented-reality (AR) app to automatically recognise and manage meeting rooms. During his master's thesis, Jack was engaged in synergy effects between management systems and regulatory requirements from an enterprise architecture management (EAM) perspective and designed a framework for comparing management systems systematically. He analysed the ISO 27001 standard for information security management systems and the German regulatory requirements for IT (BAIT) in theory and in a practical example using his framework.

Between 2017 and 2020 Jack already worked as a student assistant at the chair for business information systems in the area of EAM. Since October 2020 he is working as a research assistant at this chair and researching still in the area of EAM with the focus on the effects of artificial intelligence (AI) on EAM.
