Josephine Rößler has been a project assistant at the Chair of Business Informatics at the University of Rostock since September 2021. Her Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a second subject in German Studies at the University of Rostock ended in 2016 with the successful completion of a Bachelor of Arts. The focus of the final thesis included a plausibility check of the dependency theory in the field of development policy. This was followed by an 18-month stay abroad, which contributed to the expansion of intercultural competence and foreign language skills. Meanwhile, Josephine worked for the National Museum in Darwin, Australia, among others, where she was in charge of planning and supervising events. Since the end of 2018, she has worked as a Senior Claims Administrator at Sixt for the US market of the internationally operating company for high-quality mobility solutions. As part of her work, she was responsible for the administrative processing of claims, optimization of work processes, training of new employees and preparation and review of invoices and expert opinions, among other things.  

She is now working at the University of Rostock in the project "Regional Future Centre MV", funded by the European Social Fund, as a clerk with a focus on finances and project coordination.
