Frank Moses

Curriculum Vitae

Frank Moses completed an apprenticeship as a data salesman and then studied computer science in Saarbrücken. Since 1995 he has been in the service of the of the Saarland state government, where he has held various positions. Most recently, he was the State Commissioner for Information Security (CISO). 

Frank Moses' research focuses on the following topics information and cyber security in the public sector, especially in small and medium-sized administrations.

He has been an external doctoral student at the Faculty of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering since the end of 2019. His research work is supervised by the Chair of Information Systems (Prof Dr Sandkuhl). Frank Moses is also being supervised by Prof Dr em. Kemmerich from the University of Trondheim (Norway) and Bremen.
