Frank Moses

Werdegang

Frank Moses absolvierte eine Ausbildung zum Datenverkaufmann und studierte anschließend Informatik in Saarbrücken. Seit 1995 befindet er sich im Dienst der der saarländischen Landesregierung und hat dort unterschiedliche Aufgabenbereiche durchlaufen. Zuletzt war er Landesbeauftragter für Informationssicherheit. Im Schwerpunkt seiner Forschung befasst sich Frank Moses mit den Themen Informations- und Cybersicherheit im Public Sector, insbesondere in klein- und mittelgroßer Verwaltungen.

Seit Ende 2019 ist er externer Doktorand der Fakultät für Informatik und Elektrotechnik. Die Betreuung seiner Forschungsarbeit erfolgt am Lehrstuhl für Wirtschaftsinformatik (Prof. Dr. Sandkuhl). Zudem wird Frank Moses von Prof. Dr. em. Kemmerich von der Universität Trondheim (Norwegen) und Bremen betreut.
