Die 16. IFIP WG 8.1 Working Conference on the Practice of Enterprise Modeling (PoEM 2023) fand zusammen mit der 13. Enterprise Design and Engineering Working Conference (EDEWC 2023) im Rahmen der Business Informatics week 2023 vom 28.11. bis 01.12. an der TU in Wien statt.
Einige Inhalte der PoEM 2023 waren:
- zwei Keynotes zu den Themen “The Butterfly Potential: The DNA of the transformation to a regenerative Circular Economy is a Quadruple Helix” von Anna-Vera Deinhammer und “Digital tools for circular construction – BIM and beyond” von Iva Kovacic,
- 12 akzeptierte Beiträge im Hauptteil der Konferenz,
- drei Workshops, die gemeinsam mit der PoEM stattfanden: The International Workshop on the Foundations and Applications of Capabilities in Enterprises, and Transformations and ESG, BES2023 4th International Workshop on Blockchain and Enterprise Systems und 2nd International Workshop on Digital Twin Engineering (DTE) 2023.
Auf der EDEWC 2023 wurden 7 Beiträge akzeptiert sowie zwei weitere für einen Doktorandenworkshop.
Die Forschungsgruppe der Wirtschaftsinformatik war mit insgesamt 7 Vorträgen und 2 geleiteten Sitzungen gut vertreten: Ben Hellmanzik präsentierte seine Arbeit zu „Challenges in Building a Digital Business Ecosystem in the maritime Domain“ im Main Track der EDEWC und Benjamin Nast präsentierte zu „Quality Evaluation of a DSML Supporting Model-Driven IoT Development for Air Conditioning Facilities“.
Leon Griesch (Towards AI as a Service for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SME)), Prof. Kurt Sandkuhl (Adaptation of Enterprise Modeling Methods for Large Language Models) und Dr. Anne Gutschmidt (A Study on the Impact of the Level of Participation in Enterprise Modeling) präsentierten im Haupttrack der PoEM.
Prof. Kurt Sandkuhl präsentierte außerdem eine Arbeit auf dem Forum (Module and Interface: Towards a Cross-Disciplinary Understanding based on Quantified Product Design) und Benjamin Nast im DTE Workshop (Large Language Models in Requirements Engineering for Digital Twins).
Prof. Kurt Sandkuhl leitete die Sitzung zum Thema „Emerging Architectures and Digital Transformation“ im Main Track der PoEM und Benjamin Nast eine Sitzung des DTE Workshops.
